As a long-time customer when my husband needed propane delivered as he was on a 24/7 dialisis machine Osterman ALWAYS did their best to deliver propane before the tank was empty. We were told to never let the tank get below 20 and showed us how to read it so we then knew when to order the propane. Your products and services are exceptional with a wonderful customer relationship too! I wouldn't get my propane anywhere else!!!

Once I spoke to Doreen she said I would get a delivery the next week I felt better. Setting up the account did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. All good now I got my delivery last week and putting the check in the mail.
