I have stage 4 cancer and have been very sick due to months of chemotherapy. I was finally able to check the propane level and found it to be less than 10 percent. I called Osterman Propane and was told the propane would be delivered within 7 to 10 days, which has always been the standard requirement. I explained my situation and was told they would try to work me into the schedule. The next morning (Saturday) the Osterman truck pulled into the driveway and filled the tank. Absolutely awesome service and follow through to take this added pressure off the table. We've been doing business with Osterman for several years and will make it a point to let friends know that this is the propane supplier they should be dealing with.
