Someone, a real person, answered the phone. Without pressing 19 buttons or being told that most of my questions could be answered by going to www.wedon'twannatalktoanyone.com. Your extensions have not recently changed and I did not need to expect greater than normal call volume. And they spoke perfect English....well, for New Englandahs! Then they helped me with my issue, figured stuff out for me, delivered like they said they would! Sorry to report this is rare these days...but thank you!
