I like that the deliveries come before I am out. Last winter your driver and I had a great conversation and he was very appreciative of the path we had cleared. I like the personal touch.

I do not like the hidden charges like for fuel recovery, etc. Just ad 1-10 cents per gallon and do away with the surcharges.
