I would have liked to know that someone was there filling the tank that's all. Other than that it did not take too long from the time I called them until they actually came out to fill the tank and I was happy about that
I called for a delivery, the propane was delivered the next day.
This latest delivery was very timely and the driver was very friendly. I don't know if there has been a change of management since my last delivery in April or not, but this particular delivery was prompt and stress free in the delivery request process. The service prior to this recent delivery was a nightmare. Long wait times on the phone, 14-17 days of waiting for a delivery, was terrible, especially during the coldest spell when we really needed the heat.
I hope not to have to ever go through that again, so please keep up the great service of this most recent delivery! I thank you!!

Fast and efficient service especially when using the app. So happy this company is responsive to a customer who doesn’t use propane as frequently as many.
