Although my inital request for automatic fillup was missed, after my gas ran out, I had great customer service for refill and then restarting my appliances over the phone (thanks to John).
I love the gentleman who delivers to our home. Backyard access is complicated by a dog fence and woodpile and he always goes above and beyond to take such care and consideration to keep everything the way it should be, as if the propane just magically appeared in the tank, as if he was never here. We live at Cider Hill Estates and we have a contract with your propane company that is great. We also get a discount for being a senior and also a discount for doing monthly auto pay. I have worked with the girls in the office in Sterling and they have been very helpful regarding my auto pay and propane consumption. Osterman has filled our tank in December so we will not have to worry about shoveling out the tank during the winter months. This is a great help.

On automatic deliver and have never had issue with deliveries
Delivery driver found a gas leak on my system Somewhere they shut down the gas and technicians came out that day then they found the leaks and fixed in one day. The technician was very professional. I was very happy with their thorough inspection.
