Your customer service is the best!. Last summer you completely overhauled my fireplace, and you hooked up a new gas range. I appreciated how your office staff in the Sturbridge office coordinated the service times and dates with your technician and us. The coordination was flawless.
I Iike that I can call and get a live person on the other end who is friendly and helpful.
Staff was responsive. It took time to install but much was due to town bureaucracy.
As a new customer interacting with the office has been great. Also, the techs have been very professional and really did a great job installing the propane tanks and connecting the generator.
