Prompt Service
We called for service when we had no hot water. The technician who came to our house was extremely helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem, arranged for propane delivery in less than 24 hours, let us know that it was not our fault, and worked with management to see that we were not charged for the service call. I spoke with Kathy on the phone after the propane delivery, and she arranged for me to pay the invoice now so that we would not have to reduce the prepaid balance on our pre-buy plan. It was excellent service when we needed it most!

Good service
There are two people at A&M who keep us staying with you. Those are Larry (a furnace expert) and Paul (a service supervisor). Larry is the only one who has ever gotten our furnace to work as it should and he is friendly, courteous, prompt, timely . . . could go on; but, he's perfect. Paul has been very responsive to our needs, getting Larry to us when needed despite Larry's busy schedule. He has also come to our home to help-out when his presence is needed.
We have had to use emergency service only once and that service representative came out in deep snow & sleet at midnight to get things corrected.
As for oil delivery, that has been prompt, on-time, and always courteous. We single-out your delivery agent named "Homer" as an excellent representative of the company.
