Calling after hours on a Saturday night when we ran out of propane, I was shocked to receive a call back from a REAL person who told me someone would be out to fill tank next day, Sunday. Made sure we we comfortable for the night. Next day Jamie, I think that is his name, arrived and could not have been more helpful and patient with my questions. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Even though it was a Sunday, he was very through, explaining what he was doing and as previously, he answered all my questions. He is definitely a credit to your company. Everyone I have dealt with at Perry's have always been courteous and professional.
