I like the responsiveness and willingness to place caregivers who match the client. I like the company’s emphasis on communication, ensuring that the client and client’s family are happy. I like the fact that care is taken to employ staff who know how to perform the tasks they must do for this very difficult job, and who also have the positive temperaments to make their clients feel cared for.
