It was VERY difficult situation due to a reverse mortgage on the house and it being willed to us and having to go through probate. Me being self employed didn't help....lol.
Then on top of all that the time line we had to work with waiting on the Letter of Authority put closing pretty much on the same day as the reverse mortgage was about to put the house in foreclosure. Wendy pushed & pushed and got everything lined up for us to close just in the nick of time.
