the seller agent & working with their lending department was great, the home had no issues at all that needed touch ups / fixing, the home had all the basic amenities from where one can easily move in (though I wish they had also included washer/dryer so that we didn't have to worry about that too)

Richmond associates are so wonderful to work with. They kept me up to date on the progress of the home and were willing to assist in anyway that they could.

I came to the community several times before close to show the home to family members and the staff was always happy to let me see the home. They were nice and made the process easy for us.

I was walked through everything thoroughly and shown special things the builder did to make it easier on me! Absolutely love all the details of my home.

It was nice to physically see the process of the home being built. Especially seeing the initial floor plans, viewing other homes in their own build process, and then seeing the entire house come together. Additionally, tuning the details throughout the house was very exciting.
