Friendly employees, clean environment, and every amenity someone would want at the gym
Please buy a mic for the trainers doing classes. Keep it at the desk so it doesn’t get taken, but is crazy that they have to have their own or just shout at us.
Also I get with the remodel you don’t want anyone stretching or doing abs, but we all still want to so can we please get some more mats. The few that are left are used all the time.
Good sauna, steam, whirlpool/hot tub and pool amenities.
I love that it’s open at 5 AM that allows me to actually do a workout before starting work. Also, the weekday crew is amazing.

The staff is amazing. It's kept very clean. Equipment is repaired quickly. Lots of space and windows. I doesn't feel crowded and claustrophobic.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and available when needed. The facility is kept clean and well lit to provide a welcoming atmosphere to workout and meet others so inclined.

I love the classes. Body Pump is a fantastic full body weight workout. The staff is great!

The kids care staff are amazing. The cleanliness of the facility is top tier. The tween orientation was perfect for my 13-year-old and she has integrated well into using the facility alongside me.

The staff was very nice.
The only thing I noticed was that the steps coming from parking lot might be difficult for some people to climb. ( I didn't notice if there was a different back entrance for handicap or elderly).
The indoor track is nice. I also like the pace of the group exercise activities, as I am of a intermediate level of fitness.

Wish the cleaning guy would wait until 1:30 before he starts cleaning ..gets in our way while taking shower, changing.. frustrating
I love the new deadlift /squat platforms. Also the staff at kids zone are always fantastic with my kids.
