Everything!!
Almost everything! The workout options, condition of facilities, people. I do wish there was a barre in the stretch room. Aside from that, it's perfect for me.
Liz’s yoga class. Other members. Front desk people.
The classes and people
First of all, the Staff is amazing-from Maintenance, check in desk to the Staff that rotates throughout the facility to make sure members are safe, using equipment correctly, and just creating a friendly and helpful environment.
Minor improvements could involve more checks to insure soap dispensers are full in mens showers and adding more towel hooks outside mens steam/sauna area.
Friendly staff, warm water in the small pool and a good clean locker room.
Convenience of location.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff
Exercise and workout rooms are quiet
Friendly, family attitude of the participants.
I take the aquacise classes. I have liked all the teachers, but the two current ones, Durita and Jacqueline, are great. I like the people who take the classes, too.
FYI: the pool gutters could be kept a little cleaner.
A great facility that's well run.
Friendly, no nonsense exercise space.
The staff and trainers are wonderful
The Y is the heart and soul of Montclair community
Wide variety of offerings and courteous staff,
- Community environment
- spacious, 2 pools
- good, varied classes - addition of pilates and yoga welcomed
Please install some type of paper towel dispenser in ladies room on first floor - now they fall on floor, get wet, etc. a
Pls have soft spoken teachers use microphones - nobody can hear them. I went to another Y for several classes and every teacher had a headset and would call out their instructions clearly! It was just great.
