That said your website needs some SERIOUS help. Tried adding services that my provider Selene E. said she could do but website would not let me book the service with her. I had to add the service once I arrived at my appointment. Also why do some providers have photos while others don’t. Just very interesting that the website appears to be in such turmoil and makes you wonder how much additional business are you losing because clients can’t book all the services each provider offers. Also makes it harder to stay on schedule when clients have to add services once you arrive at the location rather than being able to book through the website.

I really like the person that cuts my hair. Easy to make an appointment. Clean and comfortable environment.

Very good perfesonal hair cut on my first experience. I was surprised and happy.

The decor was a little overwhelming but I like the sink at each stall.

Mandy at 380 & 423 location is an absolute amazing stylist and ALWAYS has my hair looking at its best after I’m out of her chair!

I used to go to Floyd's regularly. But I could never get a consistently good cut. It wasn't any better than sports clips. So I started going to real barbershops. Started getting consistent cuts. But they're all far away, and I also discovered I could figure out who your licensed barbers were vs stylists, and could schedule a cut with them.

However, your turnover is terrible and I still couldn't get a consistent cut. But then I found Doug. Gave him a try, and I must say Doug is one of the best ever. Whatever you're paying him is not enough. He even gives sage advice like he's some old barber from the 50s. And not to mention the perfect clean fade. Great job Doug, can't wait to see you again.
