Great people and easy to walk in, unlike the places that force you to register online. That’s a headache for busy parents. I think you could improve by blowing off/wiping down my kid so he has less hair clippings on his face and neck when we leave.

The people are great! Easy to schedule an appointment, great conversations which makes the haircut go by that much quicker, and the few instances it's happened, I can call when I'm running a few minutes late and still be seen!
