I brought my child to Mathnasium because she was apprehensive about math. I have been pleasantly surprised that she now looks forward to attending the sessions and has increased her confidence at school with math homework and tests. The incentive to earn stars and fill out cards, although small, is actually quite motivating for her and it's a tangible result that she gets from finishing math pages. This makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

It’s a great place to learn Maths
We’ve been very happy with the personalized approach at Mathnasium in Stouffville. Both of my children went for private sessions and have clearly improved in their math skills and confidence quickly.

Felix Last name removed loves his math tutoring program. I would like to have a monthly check-in with Mathnasium to see how he is doing. He is diagnosed with ADHD so I think that his progress is a bit slower than normal finishing his work sheets.

Amna is an incredible owner and mentor. My daughter absolutely loves going to Mathnasium now. Mathnasium has been amazing for my son, Reyshian. The teachers are very patient and truly took the time to find techniques that work for him, especially since he gets easily distracted. They know how to guide and encourage him in a way that keeps him focused and motivated. He actually looks forward to going back every time! Everyone at Mathnasium are great. They are so helpful but also make it a fun atmosphere for the kids. My granddaughters marks have improved greatly. I’m sorry to say the teachers do not have time at school to properly teach the math and no time to help if you are behind. This program keeps her up to date and maybe a bit ahead sometimes. She loves going there. No arguments ever.
I can see improvement in my child in terms of his interest in Math. He is no longer fearful in answering math problem. He shows interest, patience and confidence in school works.
Mathnasium Clarkson has really suppprted my son’s math skills. I hear him using phrases like - friends of ten when doing mental math. His confidence has grown. The staff there are very personable.

Mathnasium has been such a great experience for my 12‑year‑old daughter. The boost in her confidence has been amazing to watch. I really appreciate that they started by figuring out exactly where she was and then filled in the gaps from concepts that weren’t taught well at school. As a high school math teacher, trying to teach her myself at home was turning into a stressful battle for both of us, so choosing Mathnasium has been a huge relief. She doesn’t dread math anymore, and I honestly feel so much better knowing she’s heading toward high school with a stronger foundation and far less anxiety.
