It is a great focus for so many people, mostly children and teens. As a former educator, I watch how the adult coaches work with the kids and am impressed and grateful that these young people have such positive role models.
The staff is great, always helpful and attendant to the needs of the place.
If there were ever the opportunity for CNY YMCA to expand, I would suggest moving into the athletic center at the former Cazenovia College. Just a thought. The center is large, has a pool and gyms and would be a great addition to the area.

Very clean and they have a wide variety of equipment for any physical fitness program.
It's small and I can access most everything easily. And it's close to my house. Someone always greets me when I come in.
