I love the small group training classes, easy to meet new friends. The programs that Manlius have are well run & geared toward individual members.
It’s just a different experience that you must have in order to appreciate it. I always feel comfortable at this location, it feels like I am among friends & even family at times.

There’s only one thing I hate about the Manlius Ymca is that popular sign ups require setting alarms for 5:30 AM, I don’t see why you can’t start the sign-up time any more reasonable time of day. If the YMCA wants to promote good health, it should not require disturbing sleep time.
I enjoy doing my workouts. The mat area needs to be cleaned up and I would like to see a set of the regular free weights stored and put on that end. I try to go 3 times per week.
The area needs to be cleaned up including the storage area where everyone puts their coats, bags ... etc.
