I got several times a week to use the track and sauna. Have never had a bad experience. My daughter does swim lessons there as well.
They patiently listen to your concerns if you stop at the desk.
I like the elliptical and weight training. But best of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Everyone is happy and smiling. Instructors are welcoming and make the workouts fun. Also, everything is clean. If only people would not wear outdoor footwear in the group ex room, it would keep things clean and safe for classes working in bare feet.

It’s more than just a gym. The Y offers group activities , classes for Active Older Adults,, classes on healthcare and prevention of disease, such as diabetes . Everyone knows my name and greets me when I walk into the Y. I call it my second home. I am impressed by how the Y gives back to the community. As a veteran , I believe in the same core values that the Y has- such as honesty, caring, respect and responsibility.

Great place especially for kids <3
I like your group classes. Without them, I would not go to the Y. The instructors are generally very kind and accepting. They challenge me and also offer options so if I cannot do everything, I have an alternative. The Y tries to keep a variety of classes which I appreciate.
The people I meet there as well as the staff, and it’s convenient as well as very well equipped - facilities wise.
Wonderful programs for seniors! Super friendly and encouraging staff. I am grateful for the virtual Y as often I travel yet am able to join the group that I attend Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
