Friendly helpful staff and great exercise opportunities.
Friendly, variety of group classes. Great Instructors.
Clean area to work out. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Wish the gym closed at 9 or ten at night instead of 8. I can only get there in the late evenings due to work. Wish swim classes were 2 days a week. Might have to reassess my membership at the end of the month.

My son goes in the morning and loves it ! They are kind , welcoming and have fun activities . He also loves when they cook sausage .. haha .
My younger son goes to pre K at IC and uses the Y program there and we can’t say enough about both programs . One of the staff members works at both sites and has brought stuff my son has forgotten to the other site knowing we would pick him up in the afternoon . Thanks for all you do.
I enjoy the camaraderie, and winter programming of the Y, as well as the Y Triathlon and swimming, biking and running practices.

The teachers are great and very attentive to the kids. They have a great curriculum as well. My daughter has learned a lot her first year of preschool.

I enjoy the swimming pool and the hot tub.
Also, I like to use the recombinant Bike. And it's affordable.
Erika and her team are just amazing! As a mom, it's a wonderful feeling to know your child is being cared for and I don't have to worry about her safety for a moment. Thank you for all you do!
Hard to get a spot but once you do the program has been amazing and my son enjoys going.
The program is wonderful! My daughter loves it, every staff member I've encountered has been absolutely awesome, and it's easy to see that they care a lot about the kids in the program. I couldn't be happier!

Great staff, excellent communication, nice fun environment for the kids.
Since I only use the treadmill and the side room upstairs, I love the fact that there is always space to do my thing. Everything is spread out. I see the same people each time and they are all friendly. The staff at the reception desk downstairs know me by name and are extremely courteous and friendly. I don’t take advantage of all the activities, but there is something there for everyone no matter your age.
