Everyone is very friendly and helpful when you need assistance. The locker rooms and restrooms are kept clean. There are plenty of classes for people at all levels and I love the EGym.
I like the classes, the pool and the work out space upstairs.

I love the art program. The clay instructors are great with a great depth of knowledge. The art director supports the artists in all areas and is a progressive leader.
We have been members for years, and it has provided us with the opportunity to be active while having small children. The childcare providers are incredible and do a wonderful job.

I like that there is a pool, a hot tub, a dry sauna and a steam sauna. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am able to come in and do my thing and not be bothered.
Working with Omar (YMCA trainer) has been an amazing experience. My wife suffered a catastrophic cycling accident and has been working on recovery for over 2 years. She looks forward to each session with Omar. He challenges her to build strength and balance. The results, in my opinion, have been very good.

It’s a good facility that is clean, helpful staff & good equipment.
I like that I feel safe working out and using the pool. The members generally respect each other and don't make unnecessary comments. The machines are well maintained, and the pool hours and staff have improved greatly over this time last year.
Clean and cheerful. I only take one class there presently, but I love the teacher, Terri. She actually watches us and corrects or compliments us. Yay!!
The staff are very friendly. I’ve enjoyed my conversations with Michael the trainer/ EGYM rep and Amy, front desk. Facility set up the EGYM in a great spot — plenty of room to move around and adapt the order of machines when it’s crowded.
Some ideas for consideration: wall pictures of staff. I feel badly I’ve forgotten two of the girls’ names. It’d be great to see say pix by the trainers’ desk, second floor, as a reminder. Always nice to use your staffs’ names vs simply greeting them.
Cleanliness in girls’ locker room continues, on occasion. Which is why I gave a rating of 9 vs 10. For instance, hair ties on floor of shower. I saw them there one day—- and they were still there the next day 😳😳. I heard that you’re short of cleaning staff. That’s too bad.
Kindness from everyone. The Pickleball groups are fun. Great socializing. Meet new people.
I play mahjong at the Y. I have played there for over ten years! Adrianna is doing an excellent job with the Senior groups. She is doing an excellent job with the mahjong group. If there is a problem she addresses it quickly.
I would like to see a Strengthh and Balance Class. I would like to see this class in the afternoon during the Fall. I am not here during January - April. I believe many members would benefit from this class.
I would also like to see a Senior Actvity Room. 🙂

We love the music program, the child watch program, the pool and the exercise machines.
My kids love the water slide! And all the staff are accommodating and informed about including neurodivergent people. I'm looking forward to a nice soak in that hot tub one of these days...
