I love that there's a child watch here with amazing staff that takes care of our little ones while we work out or play sports. As a new mom, it helped my mental health a lot. I am so grateful for the ymca.

The location. Mostly love the exercise classes. Like older adult activities and the fun Lights on the Lake trip. Need more of those kinds of things.

Friendly staff. I’ve been attending a deep water aerobics class for 17 years and I’ve made friends and connections. I look forward to the classes every week.
I love the Y- I feel like I’m supporting an organization that does good in the community, not a mega corporation. The new cardio equipment is really nice- and there’s enough equipment for weights too. My biggest complaint is the woman’s locker room is in rough shape. Not enough benches- the floor is old and crusty- and half the time the lockers can’t properly lock.

That I can come at just about any time of the day or evening, workout in the manner I choose and that my grandchildren and their parents (are members) are also able to use the facility for child care, family time, and preschool. Those are the thins that I like best.

The other participants in the Therapy Pool classes are wonderfully friendly and the instructors are top notch! The Y community is also welcoming to our special needs daughter.
