Very friendly welcoming people attending the front desk - in fact the entire staff. They are always smiling and receptive to suggestions. The facility is clean and well maintained and the gym equipment is varied and plentiful.

I don't like phones(cameras) in the locker room. I don't like people walking into the locker room dripping wet and to the lockers. They get the floor and benches all wet. Can't change clothes in a dry area. They could dry off before going into the locker area.
Overall,a nice place.
I am a member and am frequently at the East YMCA. I have gone to the NW YMCA to chaperone my grandson (who is a member under his father) because he prefers the turf field for soccer practice.
