It’s a great facility which offers so much variety of fitness options. I love the Barre classes that have great instructors. The indoor track allows me to get in my steps when the weather is not so great. The front desk people are friendly and very helpful.

BEAUTIFUL, well-equipped facility. Nice range of activities. I love all the Y locations I've visited in the Syracuse area. This one is buzzing and sparkling!

Friendly people...a wonderful Active Older Adult Enhanced Fitness Class with great Instructors The Kaye Center and I went thru the Livestrong program 10 years ago( at the North)...I LOVE The Y
