The Northwest Y is a great gym. It offers many programs for all ages. My favorites are bookclub, tri-training (coach Mickey is amazing) and the egym. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also offer wide variety of exercise equipment. Truly love the new E-Gym program. With the E-Gym, you are guided through a full body workout and doing your form correctly. I highly recommend the facility.

I like the walking track,the lazy River,the friendly staff,the yoga classes and hope to take art classes soon.

Excellent pool area and plenty of family changing rooms
I enjoy going to the YMCA - there are a variety of classes offered. I enjoy the walking track and the EGym option which I participate in 2 times a week.
I brought my granddaughter to the pool she had so much fun. The lifeguards are so friendly and helpful.

It’s a welcoming place. I like having people of all ages around. Very good programming. I wish Sue Montnimy taught more Yoga classes though. A question I have is about the shift to a lot of Virtual classes. I have not heard any discussion about this topic…so I am curious about it.

Very clean, everything in the weight rooms are in order. I just wish you offered a towel system. Other than that gray place to visit and play basketball, swim or workout!!

Varied schedule and love all the pool classes
Outstanding facility offering just about everything you could ask for in a gym. I also like the diversity of its members. People of all ages and physical ability can be found at the Northwest Y. It's a gym for everyone!
