I was very pleased with the young man who did our inspection. The inspection was done professionally, all bait stations were checked, refilled as needed and we were well informed of the condition of everything when it was completed.

I appreciate the attentiveness to our schedule, getting calls when it is time for service. The flexibility of scheduling helps also. We had a new provider this last visit, James. He was friendly, helpful, and through. We have had no pest issues in the years we have been with Terminex.
