I love the part where you send an email when its time for our quarterly inspection and I can call set it up for when it is convenient for me. But the best part is our technician Norris. He is the absolute nicest guy. Norris will answer any questions we have and always asks if we have seen anything alive or dead then very thoroughly sprays under all the sinks, windows and outside door ways including the sliding glass doors. He crawls under the house to check the moisture content, checks the bait traps an even sweeps the cob webs from around the house. He always takes a few minutes to just talk and catch up with us. He has become someone (a friend) we look forward to seeing every 90 days.
