Your Service Technician, Tommie McCombs, has taken great care of our home since we acquired it in 2013. Presently, our house is undergoing a major renovation (raising the old house 9 feet on posts) that has disturbed the ground and prevented Tommie from treating the house as was planned. We were not charged for those visits and I recently received a check for those treatments that were paid in advance. I plan to continue with the Terminix when the renovations are complete. I trust them.
Tommie is prompt and pleasant. Also, I don't see any bugs after he comes.

We’ve been really pleased with Terminex and the response we get if we’ve had any additional questions. Tyler is very attentive and listens to any issues you might be having.
It’s a bit pricier than what we pay at our other home, but maybe the difference in location???? It’s within reason, but there is a $20 per quarter difference.
