Your inflexible billing system is a great disappointment! Although, the miniscule discount of
3% is negligible, I could not believe, that it could not be applied, after the serviceman and we
paid for a single service in error. Incidentally, we have been paying for this service in advance
for over 15 years!
Other than that, the personnel in the Conway office are very efficient and serve the customer
well.
