Respond quickly when need respray. Comfort that things are taken care of under house such as termite inspection and humidifier maintenance as needed and when scheduled. Trust personnel to do what needs to be done and correct details of additional services or equipment recommended.
The service man, is very efficient in all he does. I have him for 5 years and never want anyone else.

We have been customers since our house was built in1976 and have always been treated with care and respect .
Kristen's is on time, listens to our concerns and treats the problem. We have had a pretty significant spider issue for 2 - 3 years. None of the other techs seemed to take it seriously because they were such small spiders. Kristen's heard me and within 2 visits had taken care of the problem. You definitely need more techs like her. She cares, she's efficient and thorough.
We hate any bugs inside the house so that is why we hired Terminex. We are happy with the work by Brent, our Terminex technician.
