Mykal has been our service representative since we bought our home in May. We moved to South Carolina from Ohio and we never had the need to prevent Termite invasion so I don't have anything to compare to. Mykal performs service as scheduled checking the perimeter of our house as well as periodically checking our home interior. As long as we don't see any evidence of termites, we are pleased.
Cory is awesome, but the cost is not so much.
