service was prompt and comprehensive. The fact that terminix covers damage from formosan termites was the icing on the cake for me. I also signed up for quarterly bug maintenance.

The pest service is excellent. The termite service needs a little work. The termite annual inspection should easily take an hour to check all the bait stations. I would like to see a separate appointment for this and not combined with the pest service. I have not yet seen a detailed termite inspection report which shows activity vs no activity. The cost are expensive for what you get!
It was time for my Terminix three month service and Vincent was on time contacting me to service my home instead of me having to contact him. Vincent set up an appointment on when to spray and was on time with showing up for his service. Vincent is friendly and professional. He asked if I was having any issues that he needed to take care of. He sprayed and informed me before he left to make sure and contact Terminix if I had any issues to come up before the next service time. I am pleased with my service from Terminix and Vincent, my representative.
