Our technician (Bobby) is always great! We live next to a wooded area and spiders are a constant battle. i call Terminex regularly to come and treat in between their normal quarterly treatments. They always come our right away, are professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.
Friendly on time
Being from the northeast and not familiar with termites we decided we wanted to go with the industry leader, Terminex. We were extreeemly fortunate to have Mike as our tech. He was very knowledgeable and polite and took the time to explain about termites, their behavior and the importance of keeping them away from our home. He explained what he was doing and why making us feel comfortable with our decision. Mike mentioned that he had over 30 years with Terminex and it shows. We are now confident with the protection afforded by Mike and Terminex.

We were having new carpet installed and when we took up the old carpet and padding, we noticed something unusual. We called Terminix and they were able to come the next day to let us know what that was. The man who came, I believe his name was Bobby, was very efficient and helpful.
