Greg Heidman has been providing our service for many years. He does a great job, knows our house and needs. He always arrives promptly when we have a scheduled service.
Only once did we have difficulty reaching him for an extra visit that we recently requested. I called the office multiple times and when I ultimately saw him 4-days later, he said he never got the message that I called.
