The Terminix technician has been coming to my home for many years. He’s always on time and listens to any question I may have. He’s very knowledgeable of the pests we have in the area and responsive.
James arrives on time as does a great job. He also explains his visit and reviews his service of our house before he leaves.
When I contact the office, everyone had been helpful and able to schedule services when I am available. John arrives a few minutes early for appointments and is friendly as well as helpful.
