I was pleased to see that William has taken the "encap" inspection after Brad's retirement. He had done our bait station inspection at least a couple of years ago, and I remembered him from that time. I like dealing with people I know, and trust, and I think that is key to any service- oriented work. Customers know when a service person is honest and trying to be helpful. I always thought Brad exemplified that attitude and dedication. I believe William will deliver the same kind of service.
