Really great customer service, from the scheduling call to the technician who services our home, I'm always very pleased with their level of thorough communication, friendliness, and for going the extra mile to ensure we have all information possible to continue to maintain a pest free home until their next visit.
As for the materials themselves, we are also pleased. We live by a lake, where it's almost impossible to keep the spiders down.... which leads to rodents.... which leads to other unthinkable critters (gross). Since using this service, we appear to have reduced spiders and no sightings of the other unmentionables.
