I've been a customer for years in other regions of NC, and in SC. Their services have always been effective, meeting my expectations and needs. I've always received exceptional customer service from the service technician, punctual and professional, and willing to come out when additional treatment is requested.
David is terrific. Because of his service and reliability, I stay with Terminix.
In 2020 the Covid pandemic hit. My daughter-in-law had to work from home. My son was working overseas. I left my home to babysit my 2-year old granddaughter. I had never had bugs in my home for over 30 years. After returning to my house, I had bugs everywhere. I called Terminix and they got rid of all the bugs. I will continue using Terminix so I will never have bugs again. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Keep appointments
I find the people I work with at Terminix do a wonderful job with our property. When we purchased the property, it did have a small termite issue that they remedied for us very quickly. They come when they are meant to and they do the job perfectly. If anything, I am a problem for them as I constantly forget that they are coming and therefore I’m not. They are never annoyed at me, and they are joy to work with. I probably don’t tell them enough. From the people in the office to Eric who I see who takes care of my home. I say a big thank you. Kate

Always on time
Terminix is a great company with a wonderful product that kills spiders or whatever is needed in or around your home. They have Technicians that come to your home who are very knowledgeable in the job. They know how and where to treat your home and the also put a barrier up area around your house to keep the pest out.
Terminix comes out quarterly to keep you home treated and the barrier strong. Also to wipe down any webs under eves or around windows outside. They do a thorough job inside and out.
For some reason you are having a problem before your quarterly treatment, all you have to do is call them, let them know and they will come out and treat it right away ... at no charge. They stand behind their work.
I've been with Terminix for over 20 years. When I moved I just transferred my services with no problem. It's a great company with nice, friendly staff.
