I appreciated the fact that a Terminix Specialist came to my home on the same day that I called. He was very professional and quick to find the problem areas. I was given a lot of excellent information that helped me to know that I had the right company.
I was provided a breakdown of costs and what would be done on the day of their treatment plan. When the gentlemen arrived they immediately performed their services due to being experts and knowledgeable about their craft.
The treatment services did not take up much of my day. They performed their job well and I am a satisfied customer. I signed up for the plan to provide me with periodic home visits to keep the bugs away.

Despite some miscommunication about the scheduling and being onsite for the bait/house inspection. Overall, Terminix is a reliable company. I like that the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. The tech/Grayson took the time to explain the purpose of the bait stations and provided me with full report of the inspection. They really care about protecting your home and providing great customer service.
