Rep is always on time. Explains why will be done that day. Asks if any issues or requests for things to do. Respects our 2 cats and assures us any products used will be effective but not hurt our fur babies. Once we had an any issue. I called around 9 am and by 10 am the rep was there assessed the issue. Quickly discovered where the ants were coming into our home and resolved to e problem. Terminix always follows up. Wouldn’t use any other company

I appreciate that I don’t have to schedule my day around the tech visits or wait for hours. Terminex sets their appointment times as opposed to being given a window of time ( anytime between 9:00 am - 11:30 am). Also, I see the same tech each time, which I prefer!

Our technician Ann is a wonderful professional and excellent spokesperson for Terminix in that she is very knowledgeable about the insect world and not just a sprayer of pest control products, is kind and courteous and friendly, and always a welcome visitor to my home. Over the many months, I have not been visited by our insect friends.
