Terminix gives good service, and in my personal opinion, I think their rates are competitive. My pest service guy, Josh gets the job done well. He explains things well. He understands customer service. I have never had a pest flare up that they did not jump on and solve quickly. But for the most part, we rarely have a flare up which is a sign that the scheduled treatments are effective. I would recommend these folks.

Great Service by professional and knowledgeable staff. Freddy took the time to survey my property and determine the most strategic strategy to maximize protection on my property.
Terminix then monitored effectiveness, adjusted as needed and when the problems persist, will come out and perform additional treatments until mosquitoes are back in check. I highly recommend them over Mosquito Joe and other local rival I used in the Charlotte area.
