The technicians are very through in looking, spraying, cleaning the outside for anything out of line regarding creatures.
A suggestion is to outfit the technicians with shoe covers. I prefer they wear shoe covers in my home (to protect my floors).

My service tech was knowledgeble and answered some of my questions about other critters. His knowledge has sold me on getting a yearly pest inspection on top of the bi-annual termite inspection.
They schedule checks without me having to remember to call them.
