Customer Service is fantastic,we loved our Service Attendant,he's punctual,through in his servicing our home,very polite and respectful...the cost of service is reasonable if we experienced any issues with pest,we can call and our service attendant will come to address our needs...been with Terminix now 2 years and some months,very pleased with our service.

If you have a problem, you give them a call and they will come and address it for you. The girls at the office are very cordial and warm anytime you call them. in the seven years we’ve been here. I have never had a problem with Terminix or their staff. they are the best I would recommend them to anybody.😊

Their services are accessible for me, since they do communicate with me via different means of communication, including texting and email. The quality of services has been always at the top line. When things change, the technician explained to me the reason why some services are changed with no difficulty. The front desk’s staff at this location communicated with me via writing and reading with no difficulty, too. They all are truly wonderful people to work with.
