Terminix works with you to make your payment for services less stressful. They offer payment plans to upkeep the maintenance and preventive services affordable. The customer service representatives on the phone and in person (at the Neal Hawkins/Martha Rivers location) are very helpful and friendly. The exterminators are respectful and explain what they do. They are in and out quickly. Their schedule works with mine.

Thorough and professional!!
They get rid of all your unwanted bugs. They do a good job and you don't hardly ever have to call them back to come back and do a respray. If you do have to call them they will be right here they are a good company and you don't have anything to worry about. Go ahead and sign up and see for yourself
The representative that comes out is very friendly and courteous. He is also thorough. And when I talk to someone in the office, I am treated cordially every time.

I really like your service but I don't like the frequent price increase i know things ho up but it starting to be expensive i know the local office has no rule over this i know it comes from the corporate office but to continue to have price increase is a way to lose business you have a great service but bottom line always comes down to price the first thing people cut out is things they can do without not saying your service is valuable but if you have to choose between food medicine transportation and housing i thing you know what will be cut first i have had your service for 25 years and I am a satisfied customer but if push comes to shove I would have to keep the things I need the most not a threat just a fact of life thanks for a great service please keep it affordable
