I believe it is the technician we have. We have had others in the past, some were not great as one guy wanted to come in the house to treat for ants which is not the correct way. To get rid of the ants you need to find the source of where they are coming from and treat that area. Our current tech did that and we have not had any ants in over a year.

When we purchased our home 24 years ago they had a Terminix contract in effect then after having an issue with termites. It made good sense to us to continue with both Termite and Quarterly Pest Control. Never looked back! No problems and all technicians have been fantastic! The office is great too!
