I was seeing Palmetto bugs occasionally he found where they were coming in @ my fireplace, also I have recently seen a few carpenter ants he treated the outside with bait and pointed out there is a new construction home being built next door.... He also checked underneath my home.

Melissa in the office and Ismael provide excellent customer service. I do not consider making a change!
