Rebecca came out for initial visit to start service. She was beyond excellent, if all employees were like her there would be no problems with customer service anywhere. She explained everything, answered all questions, had all paperwork ready, then started treatment inside house and finished up the outside. She was so knowledgeable, intelligent and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed with the entire experience. I highly recommend Terminex and hope when you call them you are lucky enough to get Rebecca.
