Phil Shapiro has been our Terminix Service Professional for the past 7 years. He has been with us through two houses as well. He has always provided the highest level of service to us and without fail will come to the house if there is an issue and treat immediately. We appreciate him personally as well with his kindness and checking to see how we are all doing when he treats the house. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Pest Control and the best and safest way to treat. We have 2 small dogs and he assures us that they are safe with the treatments that are used. We cannot thank him enough for his service and what he means to our family. I have recommended him many times to friends in the area. We know we are in good hands with Mr. Phil and with Terminix.
