This is only the second year that I have used Terminix and was extremely pleased with your employee, Andrew Bott. I felt like he did a very thorough job, put glue traps down for me in my garage to replace the ones that I had put down some time ago. He was very friendly and quite personable. I would welcome him back anytime.
